No-Show Policy

If you don't show up for your booking and don't cancel in advance, you will be charged the full amount. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Find the booking under "Upcoming Bookings"
  3. Click "Cancel Booking"
  4. Confirm the cancellation
  5. Refund will be processed automatically (5-10 business days)

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
